We may use limited interactions for safety review, abuse prevention, debugging, or service improvement as described in a product notice or setting.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, and with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, although this does not affect processing already completed.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• vendors that support hosting, cloud storage, AI model inference, content moderation, analytics, customer support, communications, payments, and security;

AI inputs may be sent to third-party model or infrastructure providers to fulfill your request. Their processing is subject to contractual protections and, where they act independently, their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activity may be considered "sharing," "selling," or targeted advertising under certain laws; where applicable, we provide a way to opt out.

We and our providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
